About this model

Bonjour tous le monde, I designed a main gear extractor for bike motor Tongshen TSDZ2B (may be compatible with TSDZ2). Print it in PETG (not PLA) to make it strong. The following parts are also required : - one M16 nut - one M16 threaded rod (lenght approx 80mm/100mm is enough) - 6 screw with flat washer (diameter : 5mm / lenght : 50mm) Then, create a slot in the threaded rod to allow the use of a screwdriver. For information, on the TSDZ2B motor, replace the main gear fixed slipping gear, high-pitched noise, no assistance while pedaling. After replace the main gear, It's working again fine. I hope it will help some people to back to life their TSDZ2B motor. Bon courage !
