About this model

I needed a larger face plate to rout out a shallow bowl, so I designed this one for my DeWalt router. I cannot guarantee it'll work with the DeWalt trim router or any other router that is not a DeWalt fullsize router, but if you have this plunge router base this is guaranteed to be a fit. The opening in the middle is 1-3/16" wide to accommodate router bushing guides (I am using harbor freight ones) but if yours are compatible in a similar way it should fit fine. This was printed with PETG, 3 wall layers, 30% infill gyroid pattern, approx. 6 hrs print time. That might be overkill, I'm not really sure, but it doesn't flex under weight and feels very sturdy.
