About this model
Magnetic locking carabiner, the gate automatically locks when closed. To open, touch the magnetic key to the 5mm ball. It's also possible to rotate the 5mm ball to release the lock. Video of the carabiner: Parts: 1 - 5mm ball magnet* 1 - 3mm ball magnet* 2 - 4x10mm cylinder magnet* Assembly: Insert the 3mm sphere in the hole at the base of the gate and the 5mm sphere in the hole above the gate. The magnets need to be able to rotate freely. Insert the cylinder magnet into the carabiner gate. It needs to be able to slide freely without friction. When the gate is closed, the cylinder should slide up to the 5mm ball magnet, locking the carabiner.
