Divesoft makes a high quality caps #1486 for the male loop bayonet connections on the Liberty rebreather that are designed for leak testing the loop. Often they get used for protection during storage or transport and unfortunately they trap any residual water, promoting mold/mildew inside the breathing circuit. In warm humid environments like Florida and Mexico this is expedited. These caps have a low cost mesh screen insert, retained by a simple O-ring, which promotes some air flow while also keeping insects out. I tried to make this a part that was completely printed and was not satisfied with the hole size/consistence from printing.
