About this model
Bought a used electric impact wrench from the 1960s and restored it. The embossing on the side shows "Millers-Falls" but a label telling the exact model is missing. After running it for the first time the fan, made of bakelite, exploded. I glued the pieces together to measure it and redesigned it in Fusion 360. It is a nearly exact copy of the original except that i made a flat underside to make it more printer friendly. I printed it with 50% infill in ABS.It fits extremely tight and needs to be pressed onto the main shaft. The tight fit is necessary to keep it in place. If your printer is not calibrated exactly and the fan is too loose it could be glued to the shaft.
