It's silly that solar panels with the incorrect pin out exist, so I reverse engineered how to properly connect a solar panel to an outdoor Nest camera. Without the correct connector, the camera detects the panel as an external supply and runs its battery down. I measured 83 Kohm on the 3rd pin, so I used that in my own successful test. The nominal value is likely 82 Kohm, though. I used these pins.
