About this model
So i was tired of having to bust out my Torque wrench when i needed to sort the battery out ETC. I also had got this bike with no OEM bolts to hold the seat in anyway. So i used 8mm threads 16mm Long 10mm Bolt Head (parrallel sides), to fasten the seat down. [ SEE DESIGN DRAWING FOR DETAILED MEASUREMENTS] I designed these peiced to be a COMPRESSION FIT attachement, hence the 9.9mm for the bolt head - with some Super Glue to secure them permanently. I designed 2 types: LONG & SMALL. I personally use the Small because it sits flush (given the head of the bolt is 3.5mm MAX), with the seat rim. As to not catch my thigh or accidently loosen them when im on the bike. The long version is for better grip or if this isnt an issue. Happy Riding !
