This is a Remix of the LaserCut - 3D Puzzle Eagle located here: (All credit for this design goes to jtronics) I really wanted to print this, so I took the .dxf file provided by jtronics (see link above) and imported it into Blender 3d and added depth. It took a bit of tinkering to find the right thickness. I found that 1.35mm fit together perfect for my printer. If it doesn't for you, you'll probably have to adjust the thickness manually like I did. Another good thing about 1.35mm is that I can print at .27mm layer height and get exactly 5 layers. Also, I printed at 100% infill
