It's a BCAR for standard 16mm barrels that adds rifling to the dart To assemble it, put the pins in the holes on the BCAR and make sure the bearings go on the pins. To put it on the blaster, slide the locking part on first then slide the BCAR on. Twist the locking part until the BCAR is firmly in place. You may need to add some tape to the end of your barrel to make it fit better.
