A drying rack for Harvest Right freeze dryer trays. The rolled lip on these trays holds water after washing, so they need to stand on edge with one corner low to drain. This rack holds eight trays that way.We bought a printed rack on eBay first. It was fine for the medium trays and very tippy with the XL ones, so I designed this one with a much bigger footprint.What it does:Holds 8 trays, each tilted 15 degrees so every lip drains to one low cornerEach slot has a small pocket for the rolled lip and a ramp up to where the tray body rests, so trays sit square and don't flop to one side21.5 mm slots.
