Refer to the pdf file.. IMPROVEMENT ON THE FILAMENT SENSOR FEEDING The original design for the filament sensor holding mechanism was not a good idea. The filament is bend during the feeding & when filament is retracting during the no extrusion print, the filament will push back about 10mm drop. The filament will need space to move downward. At that point, the magnet holder will be bent even more thus creating some sound as it is limited to the space available to move. In-order to better secure the position, I have come out a bracket/holder to hold the filament sensors. It will be a easy fix with one screw. Remove the Round magnet from the filament sensor. (Keep it) Remove the magnet holder (Keep it) from the printer frame using the allen key. Keep the screw for the new bracket. 3) Position…
