About this model
FlexiGuard Nano: Experimental Micro Child Safety Lock FlexiGuard Nano is an ultra-miniature, experimental iteration of the original FlexiGuard cabinet strap lock. This model was designed as a precision engineering challenge—pushing the physical limits of standard 0.4 mm FDM printing, material physics, and micro-mechanics to achieve the absolute smallest footprint possible. > ⚠️ EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN DISCLAIMER > This is a proof-of-concept / experimental print. Because the locking mechanism, leaf-spring, and receiver walls have been scaled down to extreme micro-tolerances, mechanical holding strength and longevity are lower than the full-sized FlexiGuard. Use this if you need a virtually invisible, micro-profile latch where heavy pulling force is not expected, but seems strong enough. --- 🔬 P…
