About this model

Replacement shift knob for the Volvo M45 and M47 gearboxes, designed to be as close to the original shape as possible. Could possibly be used for M46, but button for overdrive would need to be relocated or part edited to fit button. I have no car with M46 available, so I don't know the measurements. I recommend printing it with thick walls/skin (I used 3mm), to give margin for sanding it smooth. Includes a M8 thread inside to enable mounting the knob in a drill for sanding. I also recommend printing it from a heat tolerant material, such as Nylon. PETG will not handle the heat in a car. Edit 2026-09-13: Minor size adjustment to make interface with shift stick better
