About this model
Respect and thanks to m++ for the original model on 3dwarehouse.sketchup.com. I used several tools, including Microsoft 3D Builder and Meshmixer to prepare a 3D-printing-ready version of this model. (Update: Repaired mesh with NetFabb.) No additional raft or supports are required. The built-in supports should be removed (carefully!) after printing. Paint as shown. The Mole should be sized to fit the Thunderbird 2 pod, as shown here:
