About this model
This model is an updated version of my TB2 Pod ( This new version, however, does not use components from the (wonderful!) Thunderbird 2 model by Len Hickman; instead, it is a remix of my latest improvements to the one-piece model by Tobz. I split the model up for easier printing. Should print without support or raft. Resize Thunderbird 4 ( to fit inside the pod! April 8, 2018 Update: the legs have been updated for improved strength and easier printing. Glue the two halves of each of the four "TB2_legs-v3" legs together after printing. (On my printer, the two halves are close enough together that they will bend into shape, and just need a few dabs of glue to hold in place.) If your printer cannot print them with sufficient quality, you can use substitute thin dowels, long toothpicks, etc.
