Modified design for T8 Anti-backlash Spring Loaded Nut For 3D Printer. Original design of 45mm X carriage mounts: This modification is in this time in concept phase before test print and function test. 18.4.2018 After printing firs testing sample I found size problem in holes for botls heads. Modificated files with bygger holes (+0.2mm) was uploaded. Part for nut conneting looks wery weak so better way is make it from metal or cut the spring. 2.5.2018 Found problem in this design. In the case that the nut is mounted in top possiton with spring dow all weight of X axe carries the spring. This design can make spring backslash. From these reason I remake design with nut in bottom position. With this is all X axe wieght on nut thread. I keep original nut holder for more universal use. All file…
