About this model

UPDATE: Version 2 is available, more print efficient than the original. A richer experience to put together with more pieces This is a remix of one of the Dragon Eggs by FerJerez3D, but broken into puzzle pieces. The original egg looks slightly different. I smoothed out some of the overlapping areas to make it look like overlapping spiked tentacles. The example pictures were printed at 125%. When I printed it I made the clearance gaps at about 0.1 mm. Because of some print settings that caused an imperfect surface, my test print was a bit tight and required some sanding down of some bumps on the two middle piece's slide shafts. Can be printed without supports. However, a tiny amount of supports on a couple spikes could help depending on the piece. One of the main reasons I made this a puzz…
