About this model
This is a really simple mod that will stiffen up your frame, and doubles as a carry handle. With a stiffer frame you can print faster, and with greater accuracy. You will need a 330mm length of M8 threaded rod, and 4x M8 nuts. 6 nuts works better, use the extra nuts as lock nuts. I also used some M8 'penny' washers between the nuts and the printed bushes. Print four of the 8mm bushes, they fit into the holes in the acrylic frame, Assemble as shown. Update: Use the 10mm version with 3/8" threaded rod and nuts if you can't get hold of M8 in your area. This goes well with my Z Sync mod:
