Also “Trident with a sword” is used in symbols of Right Sector (Ukrainian: Правий сектор, Pravy/Pravyy Sektor), which is a Ukrainian nationalist political party and civil society organization that originated in November 2013 during the Revolution of Dignity (Ukrainian: Революція гідності / Revoliucija Hidnosti), Euromaidan protests in Kyyiv. Symbol of “Trident with a sword” was founded in the 1920s among Ukrainian Nationalists.
