A printer turns weeks of foam smithing into a repeatable, symmetrical build: helmets in quarters, armor plates sized to your measurements, and prop weapons with screw-together cores. Large props print best sectioned with alignment pegs, then bonded with epoxy and finished with filler primer before paint. PLA is fine for convention wear; PETG survives a hot car. Scale pieces against your own measurements before slicing, since most creators publish for an average fit.
