About this model

This is a replacement for the factory 'lever' inside the CC2 toolhead. It is retained by a spring tensioned by the filament sensor PCB, and actuates by filament pushing against it and triggering an optical sensor - letting the machine know whether or not filament is present. The stock one can present issues when using soft filaments like TPU - as it deforms around the lever rather than pushing it in far enough. This was created in Autodesk Fusion and printed on the CC2. The ears/tabs are to retain and centre the spring, and the 'nose' is extended and rounded for easy loading of filament and proper function.
