simple print for a sims plumbob over your head. glue the 2 halves of the plumbob together, drill holes in the top and run a string through to the hanger, insert brass heatset inserts and tighten a screw to attach to a hardware store aluminum extrusion at your desired height. run the bottom through a belt loop and attach a second belt at chest height to hold stable. the plumbob will shake wildly while you walk and gesture, making a fun little halloween costume that costs very little time, money, and make a groaner of a joke for your nephews who just don't understand the dangers of putting a BBQ in the living room near the bear skin rug.
