垫片规格：外径190mm，内径90mm，厚度1.5mm第一个情况：无料盘的耗材，有时买的耗材中间的纸筒与料之间有一个间距，耗材没有铺满整个纸筒，此时装入料盘时100%的会卡线，导致打印面报缠绕错误警告，此时装入几个垫片，使耗材与料盘贴紧，就不会卡盘了第二个情况：有些无料盘的耗材纸筒短一些，装进料盘后会有缝隙，这时也100%的会卡线，加几个几个来弥补这个缝隙就可以了以上两种情况我都遇到到，当时已经把耗材的捆绳剪掉了，没打印几分钟就卡线，线丝压在纸筒轴上，AMS根本拉不动，这时拆料盘时还差点崩盘了下图是耗材没有铺满整个纸筒的情况　　　　下图是无料盘耗材的纸筒短一些，装进料盘后会有缝隙，用垫片弥补缝隙
