Strain relief for Anet A8 Heat Bed -------------------------------------------------- This is based on the idea linked in the remix, but I wanted to make one from scratch using OpenSCAD and that would work with the Connector Housing I designed here: This bracket fixes to the top of the carriage - above the bearing housing and provides a simple mechanism to fix the cable loom near to the Connector to prevent additional movement. It works for me and the design file is here in OpenSCAD so you can take and it and change as you wish. Using this and the Connector Housing you should not need to solder ("hack") your heat bed connector any more; honestly, some of the soldering jobs I have seen make me shudder.
