About this model
This design was modeled it after a Jaeger-LeCoutre Gyrotourbillon, which they offer in several of their high-end watches. I tried to make the model an accurate (scaled up) version of the original mechanism, which is less that 10mm in diameter. Spending many hours looking at videos of the mechanism to try to get it right. The project started only 4 weeks ago, and I've been fortunate that everything has fallen together nicely. 4/21/22 I added L1 Balance Wheel Ring.STL file to downloads, and I deleted the Build Notes because I had a new file to upload. However, I have been unable to upload the new Build Notes PDF file.
