Free BattleTech-Compatible Mech 3D Prints

Lance-scale mechs, vehicles, and repair bays for hex-map warfare

BattleTech is having a renaissance, and 3D printing is fueling it. A full lance of mechs prints overnight for less than the cost of a single blister pack, and the community has filled the catalog with original mech designs, alternate poses, and terrain sized for hex maps.

This collection gathers free BattleTech-compatible mech and vehicle 3D models from Cults3D, MyMiniFactory, Thingiverse, and other platforms, plus repair bays, dropship props, and hex-scale terrain. Every file is free to download from the original creator's listing.

Mechs at lance scale print well on FDM at 0.12 mm layers with minimal supports, and the chunky silhouettes survive tabletop handling better than fine-limbed fantasy minis. Print bases separately in a contrasting color to mark units by lance.
