About this model
This is an attempt at a universal T-handle for hex keys (also known as Allen wrenches). This handle accommodates every size in common sets, from SAE 0.05in to 3/8in and Metric 1.5mm to 10mm. Note that the fit must be somewhat loose to meet the goal of universal fit. If you want a tight fit, there are a lot of well-made T-handle options for each individual wrench size available, but a quick search didn't reveal any universal ones. Since I don't use hex keys very often, I opted for one efficient size to save space in my tool cabinet. The first version of this incorporates 6 intermediate-sized holes spaced out, which provides a somewhat better fit at the cost of being asymmetrical. A second version uses only one center hole.
