About this model

The arthritis kitchen knife adapter relies on the users palm heel for cutting pressure as opposed to having a strong wrist to control the blade. The feedback from users is very positive and Arthritis Australia are review a sample with interest. This knife is in regular use for the past two years. This regular use identified two defects in the original knife. 1. Pins at 5mm were too small. Now increased to 7mm allowing better knife retention. 2. The adapter should be printed with 100% infill as mold can gather in the spaces within the printed adapter.
