About this model
For those with spring-loaded automatic winding garden hose reels, this is a stopper that goes on toward the end of the hose to prevent the reel from pulling in the end of the hose and/or damaging the reel. It fits 5/8" garden hose with 3/4" outer diameter. Print two halves, and they go together with two #6 sheet metal screws 1-inch long. Be sure to have hose empty when putting the stopper on the hose. I made two STL files for two different ball sizes...one that is a 2.125" ball (which is what I used) along with 2.5" ball in case you have a larger gap on the reel.
