About this model
Ongoing project to make a compensator that perfectly matches the TX22 Competition. Print with a high number of walls, infill is less important. I suggest a temperature resistant material. The threads need to be tapped into the plastic using a 1/2x28 tap. These can be purchased on Amazon for cheap. The STL and sketchup file contain both the compensator and a jig to aid in tapping the threads. Feel free to skip on using the jig but I found it useful. To use the jig just insert the comp into the jig, clamp down in a vice, and tap the threads through the jig and the compensator both. This helps make sure the threads are perfect once the tap reaches the comp.
