About this model
The shade's base sits on a 21.6mm diameter "candlestick". I gave it an extra .5mm of clearance and a lip at the top to keep the stick from passing all of the way through the base. The shade is a vase mode print that makes the print a single shell thick and allows a lot of light to pass through the woodfill or probably just about any filament. You should be able to scale as needed as long as you scale both parts equally. The shade must be printed in vase mode. The base does not need any supports. The woodfill filament I used:
