Free Lithophane 3D Prints

A lithophane hides an image in varying print thickness that only appears when light shines through. Printed photos, night lights, lamp shades, and light boxes make some of the most gift-worthy prints a maker can produce, all from a single spool of white filament.

Print lithophanes in white PLA at a fine layer height, flat or curved, with the image facing the light source. A cheap LED puck or a window turns a plain-looking print into a glowing photo.
