About this model
I've done a remix of loafdude's solder station ( to better suit me and to use readily available parts. The main unit has been modified to use M3 screws and nuts as well as being mirrored, because I prefer the iron on the right. I've also edited the spool holder to suit solder rolls with a 20mm bore, which seem to be more commonly available where I am. There's a right side one for the standard unit and a left side one for the mirrored unit. The iron holder and cleaning chamber are unaltered from the original files. The battery adapter parts are borrowed from itnaanti ( which also has excellent instructions on how to assemble. I didn't use supports for the main unit or the adapter parts. I only used them for the spool holder. Since it's a workshop tool, I printed all parts in PETG.
