This is a sculpted rocket / missile / flamethrower smoke / Jet pack which can be used for basing or modeling. An example of it's use on a Warhammer 40k flyer model is pictured with a vehicle sized rocket, but with an adjustment in scale can be used for infantry sized models or larger.
