This is a right angle flashlight handle bar mount for 22mm handle bar diameter and 33mm (for closer to stem mounting). attach using zip ties, recommend using a small strip of rubber (old inner tube) between mount and handle bar *Please only use this for low power headlight settings in urban environments or around other people** A cut off reflector should be used or the light should be strongly angled down at the ground to prevent blinding on coming traffic/ persons.
