About this model
This is the Star Saber from Transformers Prime! The sword is 5 feet long, but it is stable enough to swing once its all solid and together. There is also a whole going through the length of the blade, it should be 4.5 feet long, and it is 6 mm thick. So if you can find a 6mm rod, cut it down to length and fit the parts onto it. That will make the entire blade so much stronger and more durable. I recommend plastic welding to make the seams really sturdy as well.
