Schuko Type F Lock the Second
Source: Thingiverse by cyrusdreams
The Schuko Type F Lock the Second is a free printable 3D model from Thingiverse by cyrusdreams. Although this Thing is a completely new construction, I still classify it as a remix of the general idea. You can download the STL file from the original listing below and print it at home.
About this model
Although this Thing is a completely new construction, I still classify it as a remix of the general idea. Changes compared to the source: * The key is designed to be printed flat. This makes for a faster print and should increase the tensile strength of the key significally. * The size in the direction of the Earth springs is larger, so the Thing locks in place even in more loose Schuko sockets. This also requires you to insert the Thing more carefully into Schuko sockets that are on the tight side. * The back of the plug is now hollow. No need to waste material there. * The keyhole is closed in the back. * The key looks nicer (^__^) The 3D design file is included for your remixing pleasure.
