Designed to be compatible with the blades from 3DPRINTINGWORLD's lightsaber: The assembled lightsaber is about 11 inches long. The separate threaded parts of the lightsaber allow for easy multi-material printing. The one shown is printed in CC3D Silky Silver PLA, and Fillamentum Vertigo Galaxy (far, far away). The blade is Paramount Enzo Red PLA. Yes, I know Obi-Wan's lightsaber was blue, but I thought I would mix things up a bit. The safety is attached with a 3mm screw and keeps the blade from falling out. I found it useful to scale the blade segments slightly, to give more overlap for added strength.
