A New and improved version is now available: Eggbeater Drill - fully 3d printed - no supports. Assembly instruction video here: Spindle Chuck part should be printed with 100% infill for strength, all the other parts can be made with just a few perimeters and 15% infill. The gears should be printed with 0.2mm layer height. Everything else is fine with 0.3mm Pictured example was printed in PETG.
