- End product I saw this post recently and wanted to make something similar but for 6mm x 3mm magnets so I whipped up this bad boy in Fusion 360. This is what it is based off of: I haven't actually printed the whole thing yet, I'll add images when I do. At 100%, the size of the magnet holes is 6x3. I made this a bit too big though, so I scaled it to a reasonably sized 78.13%. Since this makes the magnet hole too small, I've attached a revised version of the top/bottom magnet that is resized to 78.13% but with a 6x3 hole. It is currently printing and will take ~4 hours for all the hex rings + magnet bases + 2 hours for the base plate. At 100%, this fits 6x3mm, so if resizing be careful.
