About this model
Designed this filament guide block which also prevents the filament touching the Z-axis leadscrew and as a nice bonus it makes loading filament easier too. The block is a perfect fit for the top of the Z-axis leadscrew guide plate and allows the use of existing screws and split washers. Just remember to leave the screws a little loose to prevent the Z-axis leadscrew binding. This is Creality original design intent and not due to the guide block itself. I printed this with the 'filament exit face' down and it printed very nicely. UPDATE: I've modified the design and will now print using a 0.4mm nozzle without creating a hole in the Z-screw side wall and is compatible with stock and alloy extruders.
