Remixed from @mccand's design Cut the middle parts into two for 150x150x180mm 3D printer Join the parts with M3 screws (4 x 20mm and 3 x around 30mm long screws) and M3 heat set insert. Just use 4 pegs. The fifth peg for pulling the parts together are no longer needed. The hole for it is also filled. I also removed the piezoelectric pickup as it's for my son to learn violin. Silent violin should be enough. I am using following 3D printed peg I have no fibre rod on hand. So I use a strong chopstick (made from wenge wood). I think stainless steel chopstick can also do. Support for fingerboard may also needed unless the max height of the 3D printer is larger than 180mm. If like my design, buy me a coffee!
