Source: Thingiverse by Agent_Cain
The Anet A8 Z-axis chain is a free printable 3D model from Thingiverse by Agent_Cain. I liked the idea of the changed x axis chain holder (stepper-mount) to have enough space to use the hole printhigh. You can download the STL file from the original listing below and print it at home.
About this model
I liked the idea of the changed x axis chain holder (stepper-mount) to have enough space to use the hole printhigh. I also liked the Idea of having a z chain for the cleaner look, but i found out the existing one is hard to print and doesn't look so clean. So i decided to make an easy to print, clean chain mount for both sides (case an stepper-motor). After a few mistrials i ended up with this. Doesn't work without lengthen the cables (ExtruderStepper/PartCoolingFan/ColdendCoolingFan/Thermistor/HeatingCartridge) !
