About this model
After modding my Tronxy X5SA-Pro to direct drive ( I wasn't happy with the position the filament sensor was in, so I reversed its position, so that I could decrease the ptfe tube length. In this setup the tube is no longer a true bowden setup, but a reverse bowden. This provides me with extra space on the back side of the printer and easier access to replace the spool, as I also moved the filament holder from the place where it was, at the bottom of the frame, to the top, where it's hanging from the top of the frame. Further benefits include the fact that there is now ptfe tube at the entrance/exit of the sensor, helping in ensuring that the filament passes through it straight, thus avoiding wear at both points of the sensor. Versions for M5, M6 and M10 fittings are provided.
