These are parts to construct a miniature pipeline using super cheap 10mm smoothy straws as the main components. Unlike most of my models, it is very important that the size of these parts is not changed, this is so typical smoothy straws work properly as the pipe. If they are sized properly they will all stand 27.25mm tall (z-axis). If your printer lacks some accuracy like mine, expect to have to sand out the holes the straw fits through.
