About this model
Remix of the 4Jaw Chuck by headsmess down-scaled to Chuck Body OuterDia 58.5mm This is an independent Chuck (NOT self centering) You need to print: 1x Chuck Body 4x Worm wheel 4x Jaw you need additional: 4x M3 Screw Countersunk Head approx. 10mm length 1x M6 Hexagon Head approx. 30mm length incl. M6 washer & nut (to use as shaft) to move the worm-wheel (or open/close the jaw) i decided to use a M3 screw. Drill hole into the worm-wheel / cut M3 / put some super-glue onto the screw thread and tighten . Once the screw is glued it prevents to untighten when turning the worm-wheel counterclockwise. I did not tested the chuck yet in any machining operation therefore please be careful and wear always safety glasses.
