Air Line Restrictor Clamp/Valve (up to 6mm OD hose)
Source: Thingiverse by TomServo
The Air Line Restrictor Clamp/Valve (up to 6mm OD hose) is a free printable 3D model from Thingiverse by TomServo. I tried a few of the available air line (air hose) restrictor clamps/valves available for download, but they were all lacking, so I designed my own. You can download the STL file from the original listing below and print it at home.
About this model
I tried a few of the available air line (air hose) restrictor clamps/valves available for download, but they were all lacking, so I designed my own. It's meant to be as simple as possible while still offering great functionality. This is a 3-part design with a chuck (block) that is moved by the wing bolt and therefore places even and flat pressure on the hose. It offers greater fine adjustments than any of the other clamps. If you print with SLA, you can probably stick a few thru-all holes in the wing bolt's wings, in the block insert, and in the base to cut down on resin usage. I would be happy to make an SLA version upon request, just let me know! Because of the memory of rubber hoses, no retention spring is needed. However, if you need a version that can be used with clicker pen springs…
