I wanted to print Megawillbot's fantastic transforming spider in PLA and in multiple colors, so I pulled together remixes, only to encounter issues with the body base and neck - snapping during assembly or ball joints just not able to fit their receiving counterparts. After much trial and error, here's what worked for me: - Head, pumpkin top, and stem from thurm's head remix - Arms and pumpkin peels/shell from Megawillbot's original - My modified torso and torso peg (based on thurm's body remix) - My modified neck piece - My modified eyes (based on thurm's head remix) The torso piece was selectively resized for a slightly smaller center ball joint. The ball joint also has slightly flattened on poles for easier insertion (flat sides against receiving end, turn 90 degrees after insertion). I…
