About this model
I designed these clamps to elevate the plywood panel above the laser bed. This solves the issue of the underside of the plywood being burnt from the laser bed reflection. The sections will simply fall through once cut. It is important to split your vector files into two separate files for the inside cut outs and the outer shapes. This is necessary because Snapmaker Luban will mix up the inside and outside cuts when calculating the toolpath. The inside shapes file should be cut first. I was able to separate the inner and outer cuts using lightburn. Unfortunately, Luban is unable to do this at this time. The only extra parts needed are: Steel Low Profile Knurled-Head Thumb Screws available from McMaster-Carr. Item #92552A426
