About this model
This takes a simple 24" x 24" wire rack shelf unit I got off Amazon, and turns it into a 19" rackmount. Just print these ears (mirror one in your slicer) and then use some long bolts to secure them through the holes. (#6 works). I then got some 10/32 nuts and press fitted them into the nut slots on the back of the mount for the rackmount ears. I found it worked really well if I just heated them up with a lighter a bit and then pressed them in. It's actually surprisingly strong. I have a switch and a half-length serial console unit mounted to my 2U, and it doesn't sag at all. For my 1U I have a big PDU mounted, and it's happy too.
